Cuddle Party®  workshops are for…

…anyone who craves more contact and connection – who want a deeper awareness of what they truly want and desire – and to express it in a conscious and loving way. You will discover and explore your personal boundaries and challenges around touch. In a safe and supportive environment you will learn to unlock and liberate yourself by playfully asking for what you want! By practicing both, saying ‘no’ and ‘yes’ you will get to experience giving and receiving in a whole new way – rediscovering nurturing touch without hidden agendas.

What Happens at a Cuddle Party…

Cuddle party is a fun, playful workshop for adults(18+) exploring conscious Touch and enjoying contact that is NOT about sex  It begins with a forty-five minute workshop where you learn to listen and communicate more authentically ~ asking for what you would like, saying ‘no’ to what you don’t want, and learning to give and receive touch comfortably. This is followed by two hours of non-sexual freestyle cuddling (think hand rubs, back massage, hugs or spooning). You get to relax, meet new people and explore touch in a fun, safe environment. You will gain powerful skills that you can take home and practice in your ‘real life’  Experience deep relaxation and bliss when you discover healthy nurturing touch – all at your own pace.

Whether you are a beginner or an advanced cuddler, every experience will take you deeper into a more conscious and present experience of touch and safe human connection.

Who comes to a Cuddle Party…

Cuddle Party has a unique mix of individuals from all walks of life. People come to meet like minded people, to have fun, to enjoy amazing conversations and to get stronger in asking for want they want or don’t want — all this in a structured, safe, playful space.

Consensual nurturing touch maintains healthy blood pressure,  reduces fear and anxiety and decreases stress. Cuddling leaves you with a sense of calmness and feeling blissed out.

I  experienced my first cuddle party recently. Tina was a wonderful guide! I felt safe and empowered in the space that she provided.  I appreciated that saying ‘No’ was encouraged. This made the mutual ‘Yes’s’ better. I really enjoyed the exchange of touch in such a respectful and non sexual environment.
